Mindfulness is about a dynamic process of paying attention on purpose to the present moment non-judgmentally.

Mindfulness meditation explores life as it is occurring in the present moment, without holding on to pleasant experiences or resisting unpleasant ones. By paying non-judging attention to every aspect of life that is being experienced, whether pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral, one develops insights into life's ever changing, unsatisfactory and impersonal nature.

Cultivating ‘Mindfulness’ is an effective and efficient technique for improving attention, memory and with wide-reaching consequences.

We hold 6-Session (1 hour) ‘Mindfulness Training Course’ for children & Youth at our centre.

    1. It s a scientific way to help children & youth find ways to manage their stress.
    2. It teaches children & youth to choose their reactions thoughtfully rather than impulsively.
    3. It teaches children to regulate their emotions.
    4. It is a practice of being aware, awake of participating in your life and of learning to inhabit your life.
