EQ camp for children (10-16 yrs age group)
The EQ Camp classes can also be incorporated into schools as supplementary sessions or as after-school programmes.
This camp helps children learn the basic EQ skills through fun games & activities. During the camp, children undergo 'experiential learning' about Emotional Intelligence skills like emotional literacy, self motivation, optimism, management of emotions and emo-social skills.
